Set against the stunning riverside backdrop of Customs House, guests will be guided through an expertly curated five-course dining experience, with each course thoughtfully paired to showcase the elegance, character, and diversity of Yangarra’s acclaimed wines.

Throughout the evening, Alexandra Tulikova will share the stories behind the vineyard, the philosophy of organic and biodynamic winemaking, and the craftsmanship that defines every bottle. From vibrant whites to beautifully structured reds, each pairing has been designed to complement and elevate the seasonal menu crafted by the Patina culinary team.
