Online bookings are now open for our winter season pop-up bar on the Customs House terrace – Veuve Clicquot Champagne Domes.
Featuring our signature domes, textural winter styling and plenty of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, the pop-up’s stunning river vista and enticing menus are a sure-fire way to chill out and experience Euro chalet vibes in a quintessential Brisbane location.
In addition to a range of Veuve Clicquot Champagne, available by the glass or bottle, the drinks menu features Australian and French wines, beers, and cocktails including the ‘Clicquot Sidecar’ with Hennessy VS, Grand Marnier and Lemon, topped off with Veuve Clicquot!

Champagne Bar Experience
Our bar menu of share style snacks and nibbles will be available for both exclusive use dome bookings and for casual surrounding seating area.
For exclusive use dome bookings there will be a chalet bar package per person consisting of a glass of Veuve Clicquot and a selection of delectable bar snacks. Additional food can be purchased from the full pop-up bar menu on the day.
