From 4 October to 19 December, step into the AIX Rosé Garden at Patina Customs House and settle into a fresh riverside escape overlooking the Brisbane River.
Whether you’re joining us for a relaxed afternoon of AIX Rosé and bites from the bar menu, or booking a private Dome for an indulgent High Tea experience, there’s plenty of reason to step in, unwind and stay awhile.
Our seasonal Domes transform the Riverside Terrace into a vibrant destination for catch-ups, celebrations and leisurely afternoons by the river.

AIX ROSÉ GARDEN HIGH TEA
Step into our enchanting Spring Garden Dome for a luxurious Rosé High Tea. Enjoy Aix Rosé paired with an array of sweet and savoury delights, complemented by fine teas or freshly brewed coffee. Relax and savour the flavours of spring in an elegant and serene setting.

* If there is rain forecast your high tea will be relocated onto the restaurant terrace

Welcome to the Rosé Garden, a vibrant springtime haven where you can enjoy elegant rosés, creative cocktails and gourmet bites in your private dome. Relax, soak up the seasonal atmosphere and let our friendly waitstaff take your food and drink orders.
4 Domes available:
Large domes (minimum 6, maximum 10 ppl)
Small dome (minimum 4, maximum 6 ppl)

Friday from 4pm
Saturday + Sunday from 1pm
Duration of Booking: 2.5 hours
$30.00 per person pre-authorisation
will secure you a dome for exclusive use.

* Inclement weather will close the Rosé Garden, and your booking will be cancelled. Your credit card pre-authorisation will be released and no monies will be retained if we cancel the reservation due to weather.

Join us on Saturday 3 October 2026 for the exclusive launch of the AIX Rosé Garden at Patina Customs House.
Enjoy canapés on arrival, a two-course lunch and two hours of free-flowing AIX Rosé, overlooking the Brisbane River, with the experience brought to life by the 15L AIX Rosé bottle, poured especially for the occasion by Jaap Sonnemans, Maison Saint AIX Global Sales & Business Development Director. 🎀
Settle in and stay awhile, with live acoustic music continuing through until 5pm as the afternoon unfolds on the Riverside Terrace. 🎶✨
