Sunset Spritz Pop Up Bar
Fresh flavours, cool cocktails, and warm, breezy nights – spring has come to the river city. As bars in Brisbane adjust their menus and welcome guests back to their outdoor spaces, Customs House has unveiled an all-new pop up bar designed exclusively for springtime.
Opening Friday 23 September, the Sunset Spritz bar will be set on the Customs House River Terrace, swapping winter’s indoor scenery with panoramic views of the Brisbane River and Story Bridge. Ideal for guests gearing up for a night in the city, the pop up bar will open to the public Wednesdays to Saturdays from 4pm – late, and Sundays from 1pm – 5pm.
In a partnership with Aperol, the Brisbane bar will serve visitors a range of signature cocktails – including the spot’s namesake, the Aperol Spritz – alongside a thoughtfully crafted menu of canapés and nibbles. To accompany glasses of rosé or Negronis, guests may order serves of freshly shucked oysters, truffled mushroom arancini, or crispy pork cheek sliders.
The Sunset Spritz bar also offers guests to the Customs House restaurant a chance to enjoy a social drink on the terrace before their meal.
Wednesday to Saturday: 4pm – late
Sunday: 1pm – 5pm
