Group Dining Menus

Our restaurant can accommodate large groups for a wide range of dining and events. Our private dining rooms are also available to hire for functions including birthday celebrations, boardroom meetings and corporate luncheons.  

Heritage 2 Course Menu - $70 per person

Entrées

  • Moreton Bay bug salad, orange, rockmelon, pickled daikon, chilli, nam jim dressing
    or
  • Crispy pork cheek, caramelised cauliflower, radish, watercress
    or
  • Seared scallops, blistered tomatoes, rocket, avocado, chorizo crumble
    or
  • Cheddar cheese galette, watercress, pickled onion and tomato salad

Main Courses

  • Cone Bay barramundi, cream corn, sautéed snow pea tendrils, crispy potato
    or
  • Chargrilled eye fillet, potato fondant, roast pepper purée, asparagus, spinach, jus
    or
  • Charred lamb loin, spiced belly, roasted pepper, fresh herb cous cous, harissa yoghurt
    or
  • Nicola potato and ricotta gnocchi, trio of mushrooms, peas, spinach, truffle oil

Coffee and tea served with chocolates

(i) Should your time be limited we strongly recommend you choose a set entrée for your guests with a limited choice for main courses. This will ensure that your event runs to schedule.
(ii) Cheese: Add $18.00 per head for cheese (individual plates).
(iii) Heritage menus are available for a maximum of 15 persons.

Heritage 3 Course Menu - $88 per person

Entrées and main courses as above plus:

Desserts

  • Customs House classic crème brûlée, almond biscotti
    or
  • Caramelised figs, white chocolate mousse, almond crostata, vanilla Anglaise
    or
  • Honeycomb and pistachio semifreddo, fresh berries, raspberry coulis
