Group Dining Menus

Our restaurant can accommodate large groups for a wide range of dining and events. Our private dining rooms are also available to hire for functions including birthday celebrations, boardroom meetings and corporate luncheons.  

Heritage 2 Course Menu - $69 per person

Entrées

  • Crispy pork cheek, pickled vegetables, avocado insalata
    or
  • Moreton Bay bug, sand crab salad, confit tomato, avocado
    or
  • Twice baked goat’s cheese soufflé, tomato, asparagus and hazelnut salad, beetroot vinaigrette

Main Courses

  • Cone Bay barramundi, slow roasted carrot, grilled zucchini, pickled enoki mushrooms
    or
  • Seared duck breast, parsnip purée, baby root vegetables, prune and thyme jus
    or
  • Chargrilled eye fillet, cauliflower and carrot purée, toasted almonds, Pont Neuf potato
    or
  • Nicola potato and ricotta gnocchi, trio of mushrooms, spinach, truffle oil

(i) Should your time be limited we strongly recommend you choose a set entrée for your guests with a limited choice for main courses. This will ensure that your event runs to schedule.
(ii) Cheese: Add $18.00 per head for cheese (individual plates).
(iii) Heritage menus are available for a maximum of 15 persons.

Heritage 3 Course Menu - $87 per person

Entrées and main courses as above plus:

Desserts

  • Honeycomb and pistachio semifreddo, Chambord poached quince, raspberry coulis
    or
  • Caramelised figs, white chocolate mousse, almond crostata, vanilla Anglaise
    or
  • Customs House classic crème brûlée, almond biscotti
