Group Dining Menus

Our restaurant can accommodate large groups for a wide range of dining and events. Our private dining rooms are also available to hire for functions including birthday celebrations, boardroom meetings and corporate luncheons.  

Heritage 2 Course Menu - $70 per person

Entrées

  • Smoked ocean trout tartare, pickled beets, rye, brown butter, salted egg yolk
    or
  • Smoked duck, charred apple, sour cream, celery
    or
  • Miso pork cheek, beetroot kimchi, pickled cucumber
    or
  • Sorrel cream tart with smoked tomatoes, goat’s cheese, olive crumb

Main Courses

  • Cone Bay barramundi, kipfler, broad beans, peas, mint, Persian fetta, lemon
    or
  • Chargrilled eye fillet, potato galette, caramelised onions, green mustard, jus
    or
  • Duck breast, radicchio, pickled butternut, orange glaze, candied cashew crumb
    or
  • Nicola potato gnocchi, smoked tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, broad bean pesto, roasted ricotta

(i) Should your time be limited we strongly recommend you choose a set entrée for your guests with a limited choice for main courses. This will ensure that your event runs to schedule.
(ii) Cheese: Add $18.00 per head for cheese (individual plates).
(iii) Heritage menus are available for a maximum of 15 persons.

Heritage 3 Course Menu - $88 per person

Entrées and main courses as above plus:

Desserts

  • Pecan and polenta cake, basil ice cream, blueberries
    or
  • Mango, white chocolate creameux, candied macadamias, jasmine tea syrup
    or
  • Customs House crème brûlée, passionfruit jelly, berries

  • Chargrilled eye fillet, potato galette, caramelised onions, green mustard, jus
    or
  • Veal medallion, sand crab, asparagus, desirée potato mash, dill hollandaise, jus
    or
  • Nicola potato gnocchi, smoked tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, broad bean pesto, roasted ricotta

Boardroom 3 Course Menu - $88 per person

Entrée and main courses as above plus:

Desserts
